Can’t access my wordpress dashboard with new email

Hello!
I changed the service provider for my website hosting and with that, also my e-mail. I updated my e-mail in WP account settings and got an e-mail to it and confirmed the new e-mail. Now, when I try to login to my WP dashboard, it says that there is no account with this (new) e-mail, but when I try to login with my old account name or old e-mail, it sends some JetBack confirmation code to my old e-mail, which I don’t have any access to anymore. How can I login to my WP dashboard now?
