cant access my wordpress site

    I am having trouble with my website created on WordPress and hosted by Verio. I need to access my WordPress site so that I can update themes plugins and modules but I have lost access to my WordPress site. I do not recall my password, and when I try to reset it evidently my email is not arriving in the mailbox attached to my WordPress site. Please help. Very has suspended my website and need to update the files on WordPress so that it can be brought back online.

    Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.

    If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
