Can't access my wordpress site after installing Feature Box Optin plugin

  I installed the Optin Plugin from Feature Box on my WP site and then proceed to add the code snipet to the theme header (Genesis-Dynamik) and my site does not respond anymore. All it says when I am trying to access it is “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /homepages/28/d514758551/htdocs/clickandbuilds/GriffinMotivation/wp-content/themes/dynamik-gen/functions.php on line 19”

  What can I do to resolve this issue? Did I lose my site all together?

  Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
