Can’t Access my WP Admin

  Hi, I hope you can able to help me access my admin panel. I did clear my data cookies and browsing already and try to change it in my Cpanel under wp_user but I have no means to change the password or reset though I didn’t forget my password. It just like I cant login to my wp admin panel.
