can't access my wp-admin page

  While entering in to my domain’s wp-admin, an error msg comes showing “This webpage has a redirect loop”.
  I already deactivated the plugins from my cpanel, cleared the cookies from my browsers but the problem not solved.
  Any advice is welcoming..
