Can't access my wp-admin page due to hack

  My wordpress account was hacked and following suggestions from my hosting service I changed my passwords and them attempted to update both wordpress and plug ins. Upon doing this I was logged out of my account and once I attempted to access my wp-admin page it would come up with this message…

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_get() in /homepages/33/d538349971/htdocs/wp-includes/option.php on line 1117

  I’m not that clued up on codes or anything like that so would appreciate any help in simple terms if possible!
