Can't access newly made page

  I’m trying to open a new page that I made with a self-made link and whenever I try to open it, it says ‘Internal Service Error…. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’
  I’m not sure how to fix it.
