Can't access old account

I purchased a domain name and hosting and set up a blog account with WordPress.org about three years ago. I updated it a couple of times, but then I didn’t update it for a long time.
Recently I’ve had plans to re-vamp the site. When I tried to log in – both at WordPress.com and WordPress.org – it wouldn’t let me. I’m not sure if it’s because when I set it up I used an old email address that I no longer have access to and didn’t get updated with my newer address, or if something else has happened and it’s lost any record of me.
The site itself is at http://www.clarityharp.ca Everything is still working on it. Nothing’s wrong with my hosting, domain name, or the way the site is displayed. It’s just that when I tried to log in with what I’m sure was my username and my old password, I couldn’t do it, and it didn’t seem to recognize my old email address.
I think I’ve since accidentally changed the password for the username I’m using right now, mostly because I couldn’t access these forums if I wasn’t logged in.

Which I think you already have – the log-in at your web site is different from your log-in here or at WordPress.ORG or here at WordPress.COM – different names (unless you set them all the same, at three different places)For help with your web site you need to ask at WordPress.ORG since that is the software you are using
