Can't Access Old Account
-
To whom it may concern,
I work for an organization that created the following blog several years ago: https://allairevillage.wordpress.com/. The only person with access to the back end was a former intern who no longer works for us, and we recently tried reaching out to her but she does not remember her WP password or email address. We also tried the account recovery option, but we don’t have any of the appropriate credentials on file. We are in the process of launching a new WordPress blog for the Historic Village at Allaire, so we want to remove this old one to avoid having duplicate content/similar URLs. I would be happy to verify any information you need as proof that we are the Allaire Village organization and have the rights to the above URL.
Thanks,
Jay

If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

Hi –
In order to grant access to the account we need proof of ownership via the account recovery form. I have also emailed a quick note to the email address on the account with the instructions to transfer or delete the site.
We aren’t able to move forward without proof of ownership.
