Hello, I have had a wordpress account with this email address before but I havent accessed it in a very long time and I think because of that it was deleted. I had a domain hooked up to it called dletics.com and was wondering if there was anyway to recover it? I will paste the last email i received from you guys about it below,

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Unlimited Elements for Elementor.

First, visit your website (http://www.dletics.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://www.dletics.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=7&action=elementor) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special ‘recovery mode’. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

  • Hi there,

The site dletics.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Green Geeks Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/dletics.com+dns

To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/

You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.

Hope that points you in the right direction!
