can't access old blog that I want to take down

https://mannlaw.wordpress.com/
I made the blog/site for Kenneth Mann a while ago and we don’t remember to which email it is connected to. Now Kenneth Mann, wants to take-down this blog, which is not relevant anymore.
How can we do that? Can he send some proof of identity to take the url down?
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with this issue. You’ll likely receive a response within a few hours from a staff member: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question
They might be able to tell you which account owns that website. Once you have that information, you can go ahead and sign in, or follow the Account Recovery process if you have forgotten the password: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
to take the url down?
If you have access to the account of the website, you can delete the site and the URL won’t be able to be used again.
Let us know if you have any further questions. :)

Hi there,
To delete that site you’ll need to be logged in as the username, mannlaw. For security reasons I cannot give you any other information regarding that account. If you don’t remember the login details for that account, the account recovery process referred to above is the only way to verify ownership and regain access to the account.
