Can’t access old site

I can’t access my old blog site, SingleMomsisterhood.com. I keep the domain active, but haven’t tried to log in to it since 2014. I’m not even sure of correct username…. but it should be under the email: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you assist? I’d like to start writing again.

so I got access to one of my WordPress.com profiles, “espeer12”, did the 2-factor authentication. But indicates that no site is associated with this profile.
Is there a way for you to identify what profile is associated with SingleMomSisterhood.com? It was 5 years ago when I set it up. I could have used another profile.

Since you have kept the domain subscription active, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

I sent a message to the address you provided. However, this site is really about a dispute in charges or wanting details/record of a charge. I’m not disputing it.
How do I find out what wordpress.com username is associated with SinglemomSisterhood.com? The one I remember, espeer12 don’t seem to be connected.

Yup, espeer100 is the right one! Now my problem is that I don’t have access to the email I believe I set up that account with.
Can anyone verify that espeer12 and espeer100 are the same person? I tried to reset password, but now receiving it to the email associated with the espeer12.
I hope someone can help me! :)

We can’t tell on our end whether they’re the same person, since we only got email addresses. I can tell you though that they are two different email accounts.
Can you log out first, then try resetting the password for espeer100? Or, perhaps you can just remember the password now that you know the right username?

I think the email for espeer100 is “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”. I no longer use that email. It’s from 5 years ago. The espeer12 is with (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I guessed at a password for espeer100 and didn’t work. I tried to reset it, but it would of gone to the old email.
So now what are my options?

When I try resetting espeer100, it most likely goes to an old email… i think I used (email visible only to moderators and staff) 5 years ago.
I can’t seem to reset it without it going to the old address.
