Cant access or edit two personal websites

I think there is some kind of block on the sites for my computer as others can get to the sites. I’ve had several people try hours of different things. It seems to be coming from WordPress and you don;’t make it easy to get help. Do you have tech support?

What sites are you talking about as https://mcordeo.wordpress.com/ works fine for me.
