Can’t access other persons site

I did: Tried to access this site: http://www.fourzerotwo.com, through links on twitter, through google and through entering the adress in my browser (Chrome and IE)
I saw: This error message: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please login and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
I DO NOT OWN that domain and the only reason I happen to have a blog is because my institute is making me blog about my current project.
I expected: To be able to surf the web, as usual….
Why can’t I access this other persons domain and what can be done to fix it?Regards

The site is working for me, and it is a Tumblr blog, and this is a wordpress.com forum. I think this is nothing to do with wordpress.com , and nothing we can do to make you able to surf the internet. What this forum can do is to provide support on wordpress.com specific problems, and discussions.

Great for you, but I’m using Google Chrome and in my tab it says “WordPress Error” and I googled the error message “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please login and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.” and got a bunch of hits on wordpress, so I know there’s a solution and that it’s realted to wordpress…
