Can't access our site

  Hi,

  So we have a wordpress for a group. There have been elections and the oraganisers have changed. However, the old organisers have forgetten their password and cannot access the blog. Can you please help?

  Hi there,

  If the email linked with the account where you forgot the password is still active then you can follow the Password Reset Process as described here:

  Recover Your Account

  If that fails or you do not have access to that email anymore you can use the steps under Account Recovery Form from the same support resource to fill in an online form to recover your account.

  Hi,

  Thanks so much for your help.

  I tried this but it says I need to know a trasaction Id, an activation url or something else and I don’t have any of those. Is there another way?
