We have a company website through WordPress for Brown Henderson Melbye, and we cant seem to access it.

Please advise why and how we can access it again.

I can only pick this up: http://www.bhmlawyers.ca/, further to that it gives me an error message.

Thanks for that screenshot. It looks like the domain is pointing to “WP Engine”, according to the information provided below the 404 notice. WP Engine is a separate WordPress hosting company from WordPress.com, so it may be that your site itself is hosted there.

To explain a bit more – WordPress.com (the “.com” is important) is a fully managed hosting provider that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for site questions. Not all WordPress sites are hosted here at WordPress.com, though, which is why we can’t see any sites under your WordPress.com account.

It looks like the “contact us” link on that page will take you to https://my.wpengine.com/support , where you can reach their support team.

For more in-house help from us, you do have the option to move your site to us using our migration plugin and choosing the Business plan during the move.

Move to WordPress.com
