Can’t access posted media

Hi, I recently transferred my domain and was repeatedly promised I would be able to access my blog posts and other media posted to wordpress until I canceled my account. I have not canceled my account, I am still under a paid subscription on bluehost (who I used to host my site, it was created with wordpress) but I CANNOT access my data. This is not okay, as I have not yet backed up these posts. How can I gain access to my original works? Thanks.

vetstudentsusan.com is showing One.net and Squarespace nameservers. It certainly isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. Is that the same domain/site that was hosted at BlueHost? If so you’ll need to reach out to them concerning your account there.
