Can’t access posts/pages in the Dashboard

I am receiving error messages when trying to access my posts in the admin.
I have to write a post to be published tomorrow but receiving errors as per the screenshot. The message says check inbox but I haven’t received any messages.
Dashboard > Posts > Draft > St Edward’s Church > error message.
Or when I click any posts in the Posts tab.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not able to see that error message. Can you add the screen shot as part of an image block here? That will give us a better idea of what’s going on.

The message reads:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”
but there are no messages in my email

BTW how do I access live chat? I can’t see it. I am on the business plan. I have sent a message to the Happiness Engineers but that email does not appear to have been received (I usually receive an acknowledgement but didn’t today)
