  Hi Erin,

  It looks like you purchased the Premium bundle on the blog opedmagazine.wordpress.com. However, you have several additional upgrades on opedmagazinedotcom.wordpress.com. Did you potentially purchase this on the wrong blog? You will only be able to access the custom design upgrade on opedmagazine.wordpress.com.
