Hi there!
You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
It sounds like you might be having the same issue others are with the most recent version release of the WordPress software (v.6.2). Please see this support post on the WordPress.org forums to help you get started troubleshooting the issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/read-this-first-wordpress-6-2/
If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:

I hope that helps!

downgrade wordpress to 6.1.1 this is happening on a few sites that automatically upgrade to 6.2. If you have access to wp cli then a wp core down version=6.1.1 should work. If not then follow the generic process to downgrade to a previous version.
Also helps to remove the theme and use one of the wordpress default ones. This will not load the frontend but it will allow you to load dashboard from there you can downgrade wordpress using a plugin if nothing else
