can’t access site
-
I recently upgraded my website to a business plan. Since then, I have had several (very big) problems. Loftphotographer.com is the website, NOT loftrealestatephotography.com.
Right now, (using login (email visible only to moderators and staff)) it won’t let me access my websites, it keeps saying you have one hidden WordPress site, that it’s linked to loftrealestatephotography.com. (see image) when I make the website visible, it still makes no difference: I cannot access loft photographer.com dashboard AND I can’t access my other domains like srqdrones.com and rachelcollet.me and iphotographboats.com. These are the screens that come up: (see images)

sidenote: 8 years ago, the website loftrealestatephotography.com was created using a Godaddy domain temp.speedbird-motorcycles.com. I cannot unlink it, I have asked the owner to unlink it and he says he closed that account years ago (speed bird-motorcycles.com). This shouldn’t make a difference. I should still be able to to access loftphotographer.com
When I can login, it says that I have no sites. (see image)
I think the only solution is to downgrade my account back to free account, because as it stands I cannot access anything.
I also have emailed WordPress for help, and I have tried the live chat, only for the agent to stop answering me. (see attached)
Time is running out for me to get a refund after upgrading to business plan and enduring this huge headache. I’m thinking about leaving WordPress altogether because there are always so many problems with it. Please, can someone help me downgrade my account so I can access my website(s) again!

Please help!

Hold your horses! You are simply logged in to the wrong account. Just use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site.
