Can’t access site

  Hi – I’m trying to log in to my site having had my pc re-imaged and this account says I don’t have any sites connected. I also seem to have another login @djanson but when I do a password reset, no email arrives (so it may be that my site is connected to that one). Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
