Can’t access site

Hello –
Our website switched over to Lightspeed, however we still need access to our WordPress account as there are features like the Gift Cards that we still are utilizing at our store. My store is called Awakenings. Our website is http://www.awakeningsstore.com and my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) – How can I access this again? We have it paid through June 2020

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Google, from what I see. You’ll want to reach out to your host to get access to your site.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
