can't access site

  I can’t access my site. I must have inserted a different url – i now can’t get into http://suzannesheridan.ie/wordpress/wp-admin (as you can see it’s coming up as startmonday.ie/wordpress – it was originally suzannesheridan.ie/wordpress but I must have changed it – now I’m unable to do anything
