Can’t access site

    Good Morning,

    I purchase the domain name Plainlystyle.com and went in today to start creating it and can’t access it anywhere. When I signed into this account I thought that it would be connected to the site/domain. I am currently unable to access it at all. Can someone assist with this to let me know what I am doing wrong?

    Hi there, that site doesn’t seem to be hosted here currently — could you confirm the address you bought, and confirm whether you purchased it here with us? I don’t see purchases associated with this account, either, so if you have another username, you can also try logging in with that.
