Can’t access site

  Dear Sirs,

  I recently changed jobs to another company and before doing so, I create a new user (as admin) for the management of my previous company site: hosted and built with WordPress. We are desperately trying to access WordPress management panel with the user created without any success. We tried several times to reset the password and every time we get the same answer when we try to login: Password incorrect

  Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider:

  Thank you Galois, I used the online version at https://wordpress.com to build the site at that is the console we are trying to log in without success

  The site belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.
