  Hi there! I am having trouble accessing my site! I hired a company that helped me get my site up and running domain and everything, but I have not been able to get in touch with them over the past month! Is there anyway I can get some assistance with accessing my site’s information?

  This is the host WordPress.com and here support is available only for sites that are hosted on WordPress.com servers. What is the address of your site? It may be that it is hosted elsewhere.
