  Admin panel won’t accept my username or password and when I request a change of password, no email is sent to me.

  What’s the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  If you’re trying to log directly into WP-Admin on a stand-alone WordPress site, you need to contact your hosting provider for that site for help with this.
