Can’t access site

  I can’t access my site and it says I don’t have an SSL certificate. I do through this site and it is good util May. I had this happen during the summer and someone at WP corrected the situation through live chat, but that option is not available to me. I don’t know how to fix this or how to prevent it from happening again.

  https://abrunettetravels.com/ is not hosted with WordPress.com, so we’re unable to help with this site.

  It looks like the site is set to point to Bluehost and the domain has been purchased with Fasthosts.

  I’d recommend reaching out to Fasthosts on how to get that SSL applied.

  Hi @reuvenfalk00b74aa94f please do consider starting a fresh thread should you experience problems like these, so that we don’t accidentally miss your addition to a thread which was previously completed. As it is, this WordPress.com account of yours (with the username reuvenfalk00b74aa94f ) does not appear to be linked to the site you mentioned. It sounds like you may have a different WordPress.com account, associated with a different email address. We’d generally suggest logging out of this account, so that you can log in on the correct account to manage your site.
