can't access site admin

    I logged into account but get a ‘cant’ access site message. I cannot get to my admin page to do any writing or editing.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    I checked your site. It is not hosted on WordPress.com, ptbump.com points to Bluehost. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user.

    This forum is dedicated to WordPress.com.

    I believe contacting host would be best option as only host can help you deal with account related issues.

    If you are Jetpack plugin user then kindly check if plugin is activated. I checked your site on Jetpack Debug which says that it fails to make XML-RPC request.
    Also, check if XML-RPC is turned on.
    Check if any other plugin is conflicting with Jetpack blocking the connection.

    Else you should try contacting Jetpack Support Team if nothing works out.
