  Can’t access site admin after attempting to change url. Please assist. Site being built is http://www.merchingorders.com

  Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  I will also recommend you to check your DNS records as I didn’t find any A record or CNAME record pointing to your hosting.
