Can't access site after updating to https url

    I was looking to change my site (www.zickel.com) to be https but, upon doing so, I can no longer access the site or the site’s /wp-admin page. I do not have the credentials for the account that owns the site, but I have the admin credentials for the site.

    Please help me to recover my site in the http format since the https format isn’t working.

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
