Can't Access Site Data

Hi everyone,
I’ve set up my blog via a web domain I purchased outside of WordPress, and I’m not having problems. When I open my blog I see a red exclamation mark, and when I click it, I get a tile that says “Can’t Access this site data.” It then takes me to another red tile which suggests that I check my JetPack to make sure it’s connected and updated properly. The problem though is when I click that link, it tries to take me to the wp-admin section of the blog, and THAT page just will not load for anything. I think that wp-admin is the source of my problem, but I’m not sure how to fix it.
Any suggestions? I apologize, I am very new to blogging in general, and certainly to WordPress, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all!

We provide support here only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and no others and that site is not among them.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. It sounds like you’re having an issue with a WordPress.org site.
As @timethief stated, we can only access WordPress.com sites.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. You can read more about that here:
