We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
Thanks!

I know. This is from an account i can’t access, as i said previously
If you have the transactional IDs for the charge, it doesn’t matter if you have access to the account, which is why if you enter the charge information there, you should be given an option to contact support to get that charge refunded if that’s your end goal.
If that is not working and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXYou can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
We cannot help you with this in the public WordPress.com support forums because you should not post sensitive transactional information publicly, so please reach out via one of the two ways I’ve indicated. Thank you!
