    Taking a closer look at zbdesigns-colby.com I can see it’s registered through, and hosted by, Bluehost.

    There’s no connection to WordPress.com and the managed hosting environment that we support here. Because of that, we don’t have any access to provide further trouble shooting.

    You can try a few known resources:

    – the community volunteer forums on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
    – ask Bluehost if what options they have for WordPress support
