Can't access site – plugin to blame
-
My site has been working fine but today I got a ‘fatal error’ message and I can’t access the site OR the Dashboard. It looks like a plugin is to blame but I can’t get in to delete it. It’s the ‘All in One SEO Pack’. I’m totally stuck – help please?!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

HI there,
Plugins cannot be used on WordPress.com except with the Business Plan. As you don’t own a site with a Business Plan on WordPress.com, this means you’re using a self-hosted site with the WordPress.org software instead. Self-hosted sites are not on our servers and we have no access to them.
You’ll probably need to access your site’s files via FTP to disable that plugin. Only your hosting provider can help you with that.
For more help with the self-hosted version of WordPress, please post here instead:

Sorry about that – I forgot to put the site in and that one they put in for me is an old one.
http://atjoespellman.com is the site that’s locked up.

@golfmax13
http://atjoespellman.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.COM. And also, it is using the WordPress.ORG software.You have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not elsewhere.
Both(WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
To get help, please post your question on the WordPress.ORG support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
We are really sorry that we cannot help even tough we want to. Hope your issue gets resolved ASAP.
