Can’t access site, still paying for domain.

    Hi, I have a huge issue. I cannot access ambershimkus.com. This is a domain name that I paid for in September 2022. I received a charge on my card on February 8 for this site that I cannot access. I want to cancel my subscription. There is nobody to call and I cannot get support from WordPress without logging into my site (which.I.cannot.do.).

    Hi there:

    The account that owns the upgrade for ambershimkus.com is under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into. You would need to log out of @ashimkus1990 and into the correct account to manage that purchase.

    If you don’t remember what user account you used and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If you don’t see the full 10-digit letter/number code, contact your bank to get the full transaction ID and enter it in that form.
