Can't access stats
-
I get the following when I try to access my stats:
https://wordpress.com/ is marked private by its owner. You can:
Request access to view the site. We’ll send your username to the site owner for their approval.
Log out and sign in as different user. You’re logged in as ‘vaguereference’.
Learn about privacy settings. Not sure if this is a bug or something on my end.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m having the same problem. I can view my blogs if I type in the url then direct myself to dashboard/manage comments and as you can see the forums sections, but the reader section/stats etc comes up with the same thing, saying it is a Protected Blog.

Just started happening to me as well. It was working earlier today. But I’m getting the same error now :(

i’ve been googleing about this for 10 mins or so… in the news there was a massive bot attack last week, but it says nothing about what’s happening now… I ended up in this page

Same thing just happened to me. I can still access the dashboard, and even the old “site stats” page (the one with the alert at the top urging you to check out the enhanced stats on the WordPress.com homepage instead). But yeah, trying to get to the usual stats page brings up the notice that wordpress.com is private.

I am getting this too. I clicked send e-mail and still haven’t received it. That was 10 minutes ago. I also checked my spam, not there. Glad it’s not just me. Keep the updates coming.

Aah. Relieved I’m not the only one locked out of my dashboard. WP is obviously having some technical error. I’m ok to wait on it, it’s such a rarity anyway.
