Can't Access Stats

  I keep trying to open my stats, but every time I do, it gives me an error message. All the other websites I’ve opened so far have worked though, so I know it isn’t my internet. What’s going on?

  If not you may need to clear cache/cookies in your browser or even try a different browser if possible.

  No, how do you clear cache/cookies? (sorry I’m an amateur)

  I can try a different browser though. I have the WordPress app on my computer, and that works.
