Can't access support chat

  Hi – does anyone know if Chat Support is down today? or is it just me having problems? I’m only being presented with an option to email. Thank you!

  Thanks – chat support is not available on weekends to premium users (only business).

  @endoscopicweightloss – Were you able to get the help you needed? If not, live chat will be available this week when you need it.

  If in the future you need help over the weekend you can drop an email (because we do still have email coverage at that time) to make sure you get the help you need. And you are always welcome to stop by the forums to get help from us as well. :)
