Can’t access the back end of a website
-
Hello! I am working with a friend to help them regain access to their website. They had someone design a while ago, but he is no longer answering their phone calls or questions to confirm the user name or password. The domain is still valid. Is there documentation we can supply to regain access to this website, so we can update the information on it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

hi,
You can ask your friend to fill out the account recovery form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and the staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Here is the support page for more information on recovering an account:
Let us know if you have more questions.

Hi – I’d like to confirm the site address, URL, or domain in question here. This way we can be sure we get you pointed in the right direction for help.

The blog listed in the original post is tied to the users account, so it’s not the one she’s asking about in this case.

Domain Name: HAROGERS.COM
Registrar WHOIS Server: whois.godaddy.com
Registrar URL: http://www.godaddy.com
Name Server: NS31A.AVAHOST.NET
Name Server: NS31B.AVAHOST.NETThat site isn’t hosted by or connected to WordPress.com so the account recovery links provided by @kosiew will not help you.
The easiest solution would be to find a way to contact whoever was entrusted with the log in details to design the site or AvaHost the company hosting the site for advice. If the site is using the WordPress.org software there is also:
