Can't access the CSS Editor

Hello everyone!!
I have the theme called Gateway but I cannot access to the CSS editor… Actually I would like my menu to be a bit lower and I learned that we only can change that in the CSS editor.. How can I have access to it please ?

Hi there,
Adding custom CSS is only possible with a Premium or Business plan.
If you have upgraded to one of those, CSS can be added to the customizer in My Sites > Customize > CSS.

I have another question… I can’t find the page of my blog with the little pictures of each article.. How can I find it please ?

Posts are currently displayed on your home page.
Do you mean that you’d like those posts to appear as excerpts, as shown in the theme demo here?
If you do, please set “Blog Display” to “Post Excerpts” in the Content Options settings in My Sites > Customize:
Also, please make sure that you have selected a featured image for each post:
