Can't Access the Custom Design Upgrade

  I need some HELP PLEASE!
  I bought the $99 bundle… Then had to cancel it because the mapping wasn’t working properly. Then I renewed my tu UPGRADES that were about to expire individually (Custom design + mapping)… The mapping is working NOW, but the CD no!!!
  Can somebody help me with this please? I’m desperate—
