Can’t access the Dashboard

I’m not sure how long this problem has existed, but a few days ago I tried to access my website’s Dashboard, and it wouldn’t let me. Basically, I sign in to an admin account, I try to get to my dashboard, and it tells me to sign-in again. Even if I sign-in and try to access the dashboard again, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried this on different computers and on different admin accounts; nothing works. How can I fix this problem?

I don’t know why it says the blog I need help with is blacklightoctothorpic.wordpress.com, that’s not the case. It’s my main website, octothorpic.com, that has the problem.

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this, as we have no control over your admin login for that site – that password is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider’s servers.
