Can't access the dashboard and the website

I received an ‘error 404’ page while trying to find my blog, and I cannot access the dashboard as an admin (it gives me the same message). I think it might be because I was trying to change the url address of a page but I don’t know how to reverse this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can access the dashboard thanks to the link you provided me, but I receive a ERROR 404 page when I click on my blog. The blog is not working anymore. I have all of my log-in information…

To be clear on this I can access http://entraideleotheoret.wordpress.com/ and I do not get a 404 (page not found). When was the last time you cleared your browser cache and cookies? http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

I just cleared the browser cache and cookies, I closed Google chrome, and it is still not working. BUT I’ve tried the blog on Internet Explorer, and everything is working fine. My coworker on another computer can’t access it either – it might be the network which messes up with our internet connection.
