Can’t access the my site tab at all

  Hi,

  I used to have a website back in the day which I sold and don’t own anymore. I stopped using WordPress altogether and now logged back in but can only use the reader tab nothing on the My Site tab is accessible. Keep getting the error below:
  `Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection`

  Followed different instructions to go and delete sites but can never get to those pages because of the error above. Can I get any previous site or setup on my account cleaned up for me?

  I could delete the whole account but then can’t open another one for 30 days and didn’t want to wait.

  Is that site no longer yours? If so, we can remove that for you.

  Yes sorry I just realised I was logged in with a different account. Please remove that website from my account.
