can’t access the right account / same e-mail address

  Hi! This is my web address ‘alisonvictoria.com’ however, my user login in takes me to an old site (current sign in) that should have been deleted. I need to access the backend of my webpage. HELP!

  We can’t help you as your site alisonvictoria.com uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Hi there, have you tried logging in directly on your WP site at alisonvictoria.com/wp-login.php or through your web hosting provider’s site? If that doesn’t work for you, please consult with the WPorg forums that @staartmees linked to.

  As far as your WPcom site registered under this account, if you want to permanently delete it and the site address, you can delete it when logged in here on WPcom by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
