Can’t access this domain/page

    I need to cancel the auto renewal for this domain, BUT I can’t access any info on this domain/page via my active account page. There isn’t anything is settings, Purchase, etc to help me navigate this. The link sent to me via email for auto renewal notification takes me to my active account. I habe tried the steps in the help section as well. I need help figuring out the solve for an account I am being charged for but can’t seem to access.
