Can't access this site data warning on 'My Sites' Menu

  Hi,

  I have a 3rd-party hosted WP site connected to my WordPress.com profile via Jetpack (www.barefootplanet.org) – For some reason I’m getting the following warning on the Site Management (My Sites) left bar: ‘Can’t access this site data.’ However, all the site stats seem to appear correctly on the right hand side of the panel.

  When I go to ‘Settings’, I get the following message: ‘ There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date’

  I have made sure that WordPress, all my site plugins, as well as Jetpack are up to date on my site.

  Can you please help me with the following?:
  1. understand what’s going on
  2. help me get rid of these warnings

  Based on the results of the Jetpack Debug shown below, it looks like there are some issues with Jetpack talking to your site:

  http://jetpack.me/support/debug/?url=barefootplanet.org

  I suspect a disconnect/reconnect might clear this up. Can you do that on your self-hosted site? You can find the disconnect option under Jetpack -> Jetpack from your self-hosted dashboard. There will be a disconnect link at the bottom of the page.

  Thanks Jeremy – I think I can manage the disconnect/reconnect. I will definitely give it a try.
