can't access through

  Hello Support team, i’m having troubles to access into my console through the URL
  http://contactohoy.com.mx/wp-login.php, each time I tryied to access the page results s that have error with the user or password, I renewed the password but still failing. Can you help me with that? I think that we are under DDOS Attack or somenting. thanks in advance.

  It looks like this is a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I know you said you tried to reset the password, but have you tried to do this manually to see if that makes a difference? There are several ways you can do this, though I personally prefer using phpMyAdmin:
